MyOwnTuxedo.com Return & Exchange Policy


If for any reason you determine that the merchandise you ordered doesn't work for you, whether it be because of the size, fit, style, color, etc., we're more than happy to accommodate a return or exchange for you.  As part of our satisfaction guarantee, we have waved all restocking fees associated with returns or exchanges.

Please include your name, order number (if available), and a description of the issue and merchandise needing to be returned or exchanged.  Our Return/Exchange policy is as follows:


Domestic and Canadian Orders:


New merchandise
- We accept both returns and exchanges if we are contacted within 30 days from the original purchase date.  After 30 days, no credits/refunds will be issued.
- Refunds/Credit will not be issued on any merchandise that has had the tags removed or shows signs of wear.
- We do not issue credit for shipping unless the error is ours.

Previously Owned Merchandise
- We are happy to facilitate an exchange for any merchandise of comparable value if we are contacted within 30 days of the original purchase date.  After 30 days, no credits/refunds will be issued.
- We do not accept returns on previously owned merchandise.
- We do not issue credit for shipping unless the error is ours.


International Orders: 


-For Previously Owned merchandise, we do not offer returns or exchanges, so make sure you order carefully!  We're happy to help, just email us at Sales@MyOwnTuxedo.com.

-For New merchandise we are happy to accept a return provided all criteria are met.
-We must receive your RA Request within 30 days of placing the order. After 30 days, no credit/refund will be given.
-Refunds/Credit will not be issued on any merchandise that has had the tags removed or shows signs of wear.
-We do not issue credit for shipping unless the error is ours. Return shipping is also the purchasers responsibility.
