Previously Owned garments are mostly all items that were once used as rental formal wear.  They should arrive in the same condition you would expect from a tuxedo rental.  Below is a realistic list of what to expect.  Previously Owned garments are:

• Perfectly acceptable to wear to any formal function.
• Clean, in good condition, pressed, and ready to wear (unless UPS was very rough with it.)
• Not New.  They have been worn, dry cleaned, and hung on hangers.  While they have been taken care of very well, there could still be very minor imperfections that any worn garment might have.
• Previously rented items that may have stitched in barcodes, minor text pen markings, and manufacturer labels on the inside of the garment, all hidden when the garment is worn.

We inspect each order before we ship it, to insure that each order meets our high quality standards.  Should you receive anything that does not meet the quality standards listed above, please let us know and we will pay to have it returned to us to be either refunded or replaced - whichever option works better for you.
